Convenient Location and Friendly Staff

I had a delightful stay with comfortable rooms and exceptionally friendly staff who greeted us every time. The location was ideal for accessing local eateries and shops, making it easy to explore the area. However, the bathroom sink faucet was awkwardly positioned, causing water to collect on the counter—a minor inconvenience during an otherwise great experience.

We had a wonderful time during our two-night stay! The heated swimming pool was a perfect way to unwind after exploring, and the lounge area made for a cozy spot to relax. The only minor downside was the breakfast choices could be a bit more varied, but overall it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The room was super spacious with high water pressure in the shower. I had a fridge and microwave, which made snacks easy. Several restaurants nearby and quick access to the highway. The staff was really welcoming, making my stay feel safe. The breakfast had good hot options and the coffee was always fresh.

The Standard King Room was super comfortable! The bed felt like a cloud, and I got a great night's sleep. The room was clean and spacious. Water pressure in the shower was on point too. Not a ton of breakfast variety, but still had decent options. I appreciated that they kept the coffee flowing all day. The location was convenient for getting around the city.

The beds were sooo comfortable, I slept like a baby! Clean rooms and the staff was super friendly 😊. Just wish the parking wasn't such a hassle because they were paving the lot during my stay.

The location of the hotel made it super easy to access nearby restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, the beds felt comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was just right. I appreciated the breakfast options that were better than what I've seen at other hotels. they offered enough hot and cold choices to keep everyone satisfied. The staff showed politeness and were eager to help whenever I needed assistance. However, I did encounter an issue with the parking. Handicapped spots were a bit far from the entrance and lacked curb cuts, which posed challenges for my mother who uses a walker. I also noticed the breakfast area could've benefited from more variety in its daily offerings. These aspects affected my overall satisfaction, but the positive interactions with the staff and comfort of the room made up for some of these inconveniences.

Finding a decent hotel can be challenging. While the hotel has been recently remodeled and is clean, the check-in process was frustratingly slow with a lack of staff. Also, the smoking smell lingered in our room, which was unpleasant for non-smokers like us.

It was a commendable fit for a quick layover in Louisville with best value. The staff were super friendly and attentive to our needs. Make sure to ask for a room with a view if available.
